There is never any refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour/activity date and “no-shows” on the day of the tour/activity. NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS | DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
SERVICES PROVIDED:
Miami Party Tickets provides an ONLINE booking service, and Customer agrees that Miami Party Tickets has earned the full price of the booking service collected for processing orders whether or not Customer redeems the tickets or uses the tour/activity services requested. Miami Party Tickets provides booking services and delivers E-Tickets via the Internet, and Customer accepts that this is the service rendered. Miami Party Tickets does not sell merchandise; Miami Party Tickets provides booking services exclusively and is not an operator. In booking tickets, Miami Party Tickets is acting as an agent for the online customer in obtaining the requested ticket. Once booked, the ticket is the property of the Customer.
In conformance with the agency agreement herein, Miami Party Tickets may charge a portion of the total amount you have authorized to be paid to Miami Party Tickets and may charge the balance of the total amount you have authorized to be paid directly to the supplier and/or operator selected as an independent operator or provider. The sole purpose of Miami Party Tickets is to link customers to providers of services and customer needs.
